"Transcarpathia Industrial Park" is a global project with significant investment potential for hosting diversified manufacturing and logistics centers.
Our goal is to provide domestic and foreign investors with the necessary opportunities to engage in highly profitable hedged activities in Ukraine.

THE NEAREST ROUTE TO THE EU AND THE WORLD

The ideal transport and logistics location allows for the shortest possible time and optimal rates to connect logistics chains with European Union countries such as Romania, Hungary, Slovakia, Croatia, Italy, and others, as well as through European ports with all countries worldwide or from any location worldwide to Ukraine.

Location – the village of Nevetlenfolu in the Pyiterfolvivska village council of Berehivskyi district of the Zakarpattia region (Dyakovo station), in close proximity to the border with Romania (Halmeu station).

Tax exemption for 10 years

The procedure for using funds is approved by the Cabinet of Ministers' resolution dated September 30, 2022, No. 1095.

VAT exemption for the import of new equipment and customs duty exemption for new equipment.

The procedure is approved by the Cabinet of Ministers' resolution dated September 7, 2022, No. 997.

Exemption from property tax for industrial buildings.

A building owned by an industrial enterprise (according to KVED-2010), classified as industrial under DK 018-2000 (code 125), and used for business purposes, is not leased, leased out, or loaned to other economic entities.

Compensation for expenses related to connection to engineering and transport networks.


Providing funds on a non-repayable basis for the improvement of parks and the construction of adjacent infrastructure facilities.

The procedure is approved by the Cabinet of Ministers' resolution dated October 28, 2022, No. 1207.

Full or partial compensation of interest rates on loans for arranging and conducting economic activities.
