"Zakarpattia Industrial Park" is a global project with significant investment potential for hosting diverse production facilities and logistics centers.

VAT and Import Duty Exemption for New Equipment

Approved by the Cabinet of Ministers on September 7, 2022, No. 997.

Property Tax Exemption for Industrial Buildings

A building owned by an industrial enterprise (according to KVED-2010) classified as industrial under DK 018-2000 (code 125) is used for business purposes. It is not leased, rented, or loaned to other economic entities.

Compensation for Connection Costs to Engineering and Transport Networks.


Provision of Non-Repayable Funds

For the development of parks and construction of adjacent infrastructure.
